Lorraine Pang joined JAS Worldwide Asia in November as regional HR director APAC. In her new role, she will be responsible for formulating and executing the HR strategy for the APAC region, as well as leading the region in building a high-performance team.
Currently, she’s working to build up the capability strength of employees to ensure the team has the right skill set. Additionally, her immediate focus lies with revamping the performance appraisal process.
When asked about the one challenge that keeps her up at night, Pang told Human Resources magazine: “Placing the right candidate in the right job, especially leadership roles.”
JAS Worldwide Asia is headquartered in Atlanta, US. Pang’s role is based in Singapore, and she reports to the EVP Asia Pacific and Global VP, HR.
Pang brings with her more than 15 years of experience. Before joining JAS, she was the associate HR director with Singtel under group enterprise.
