“Stephen is an internationally acclaimed consultant with a long track record of success serving clients in the financial services sector. His collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit and passion in driving business growth will help further raise our profile with clients throughout the APAC region,” Rajagopalan added.

Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, McAlinden co-founded a leading boutique executive search firm specialising in financial services, advising equities, investment banking, derivatives and fixed income clients.
