The rhetoric that technology will revolutionise training has been echoed repeatedly over the years. Computer-based training (CBT), videos and CD-ROMS all now represent some form of an extension of the classroom to pave the way for blended learning, which utilises the best of traditional and technological learning.
But while blended learning is more relevant now than ever before, the complexities of creating the right mix of mobile and social learning have never been more challenging and critical.
