The success of selecting and securing indispensable talent does not have a definite formula, but many HR organisations and agencies have dared to innovate and develop strategies and capitalise on resources to achieve their recruitment goals.
Their impressive hiring programmes will be recognised at The Asia Recruitment Awards, Asia’s only regional awards show dedicated to celebrating excellence in HR recruitment and talent acquisition.
The Asia Recruitment Awards 2016 is open to Asia’s best in-house HR teams and recruitment agencies.
According to Aditi Sharma Kalra, regional editor of Human Resources magazine, winning in the recruitment programme category predicates a group’s commitment to continuous innovation and standards of excellence.
“The Asia Recruitment Awards is looking for HR professionals with recruitment programmes that key in to the needs of the workforce today to attract exemplary talent.”
Grabbing the gold award for the best graduate recruitment programme at last year’s Asia Recruitment Awards in Singapore was Maybank. The silver award went to Citibank and the bronze award was shed by BNP Paribas and PM Asia.
For the best regional programme, Cargill Asia Pacific took home the gold trophy, Novartis Consumer Health won the silver award and Elliot Scott HR Recruitment the bronze award.
The Asia Recruitment Awards – Malaysia 2015 saw L’Oreal win the gold award for best graduate recruitment programme.
