K Shyaam Sunder, vice president human capital management at Ramco, will be sharing his insights into driving a high performance culture through HR technology as a keynote speaker at the regional conference.
“As talent becomes the key differentiator across industries, HR’s own paradigm of operation is changing,” said Sunder. “With the emergence of the Gen-Y workforce, HR technologies can be ably used to drive a high performance culture and enable the best talent today as they become even more mobile, more demanding and more outcome-oriented.”
Sunder’s colleague, Harsh Vardhan G, will also join the event as one of the two roundtable discussion hosts on the topic of mobile HR, alongside Syed Ali Abbas, CHRO at Pacnet.
Across the day, Vardhan and Abbas will helm the small group interactive sessions and explore how the advancement of mobile technology has changed the ways in which the workforce and HR function operates, as well as how HR can leverage on these technologies to advance its operations.
HR Tech Interactive 2014 is a one day interactive event which has gathered the best of Asia’s thought leaders. The conference features an agenda dominated by highly relevant keynote presentations, panel discussions and interactive sessions with regional HR vice president level thought leaders and CIOs.
An annual gathering of 100 practitioners overseeing HR technology in their roles, this year’s event has gathered speakers from organisations like UBS, Twitter, Juniper Networks , Hootsuite, Autodesk, Barclays, MasterCard and many more.
