Leading HR technology solutions provider, PageUp, has confirmed its participation in Asia’s only regional HR technology conference, HR Tech Interactive.
The development underscores PageUp’s continued support of the HR profession in Asia. HR Tech Interactive is organised by Human Resources, Asia’s only media & events brand.
Carl Kimball, regional vice president at PageUp, will be delivering a keynote presentation at the conference on the next big thing in HR technology – using big data to predict future recruitment needs.
“Given regional trends and market demand, companies are finding it increasingly challenging to predict future recruitment demands of the skilled workforce,” said Kimball.
“PageUp continues to perfect a comprehensive solution that covers the entire recruitment lifecycle, where companies also need to improve existing data infrastructures towards meeting the business bottom line.”
Kimball added that with the utilisation of big data, customers can see the big picture of their organisations and mitigate unexpected issues arising out of recruitment.
Among the other companies represented on the HR Tech Interactive agenda include Credit Suisse, Galaxy Entertainment, Merck, OshKosh, Samsung, Sanofi and many more.
All presenters & panellists, such as David Chin, chief human resources officer of Biosensors International, are director or vice president level HR professionals with regional responsibility.
To be held in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Hong Kong in October, HR Tech Interactive is Asia’s only regional conference on HR technology strategy.
Attendance to the one-day annual event is strictly by invitation only with invitations reserved for the senior in-house HR professionals. Attendance is capped at 100 delegates.
While the theme of HR Tech Interactive 2015 is the role of technology in organisational change, the topics the conference will focus on are: big data talent analytics, mobility for HR professionals, cloud-based people management, social media and collaboration, and next-generation recruitment tools.
To get a global and Pan-Asian regional view of HR technology strategy, do not miss HR Tech Interactive 2015.
Human Resources‘ interactive-style conference format is a unique blend of case study presentations, panel discussions and roundtable discussions in which delegates work through five topic areas in a single day – an experience described by attendees as eight hours of intense peer learning.
