Oracle, a global computer technology leader, has demonstrated its commitment to the HR profession by signing on as platinum sponsor of HR Tech Interactive, Asia’s leading HR technology conference.
The conference is organised by Human Resources, Asia’s only regional media & events brand.
Oracle’s senior director of HCM strategy & transformation, Andrew Lafontaine, will deliver a keynote presentation on the next wave of HR transformation – how business outcomes have changed, defining HR transformation and its purposes as well as how HR demonstrates bottom line impact.
“The next wave of HR transformation has arrived,” said Lafontaine.
“What we are seeing is that chief human resources officers and HR functions have an opportunity to drive business outcomes by being the intersection between the people, HR and business strategies for the organisation.”
He added that the aim is to empower HR departments to impact the bottom line by enabling them to be the key player in a company’s ability to innovate and outpace the competition, cementing their position at C-suite table.
