New speakers for Employee Healthcare Interactive 2016 unveiled

The delegates of Employee Healthcare Interactive, the HR industry’s biggest conference in corporate healthcare and wellness strategy organised by Human Resources, will experience the powerful combination of expert insights and interactive sessions in Singapore on 8 December at the InterContinental Hotel. The newly added speakers to the conference are leading HR executives from Federal Express and L’Oreal.

“Employee Healthcare Interactive 2016 will deliver up-to-date information and practical solutions for healthcare and wellness strategy concerns,” said Aditi Sharma Kalra, regional editor of Human Resources magazine.

“The fantastic line-up of speakers this year embodies excellence and competency.”

With the theme “driving organisational performance through strategic health and wellness initiatives”, Employee Healthcare Interactive will explore the topics that research and industry experts claim as the most critical issues facing HR and corporate healthcare specialists. Among the experts discussing these at Employee Healthcare Interactive 2016 are:

Amy Leung’s accomplishments in talent management and development show her well-roundedness and depth as an HR practitioner. As the current managing director of human resources at FedEx Express, Leung is responsible for a workforce of over 5,000 staff and supervises the development and execution of corporate human resources strategies throughout the South Pacific region. Leung has undertaken human resources and management roles in the financial and manufacturing sectors before joining FedEx in 1998.

Organisations are not made of walls and machines but people, according to Roshni Wadwha. With over 18 years of experience in human resources, Wadwha has developed expertise in HR strategy formulation, building a high-performance culture, people planning, talent acquisition strategy, engagement and motivation, rewards and recognition, people efficiency and productivity, career development planning and execution, and leadership effectiveness. As L’Oreal’s HR director, she is in charge of developing HR strategy for the company and nurturing a culture of excellence.

Past Employee Healthcare Interactive participants are senior HR leaders from major employers in the region, such as American Express, Deutsche Bank, Mitsubishi, Rolls-Royce, Tigerair, Unilever, and Western Digital. All presenters and panellists, such as Rupali Gupta, HR director at Mundi Pharma, are director or vice president level HR professionals with regional responsibility.

Employee Healthcare Interactive 2016 is open only to director and VP-level in-house HR professionals. Human Resources magazine’s unique interactive roundtable format allows industry leaders to enjoy more comprehensive discussions and wider networking opportunities.
