The business advantages of flexible benefits programmes and investment in preventive healthcare strategies are two main topics up for discussion at Employee Healthcare Interactive, Asia’s biggest corporate healthcare and staff wellness strategy conference. The event is restricted to HR directors and senior benefits specialists at large employers in Asia.
Employee Healthcare Interactive 2016, an invitation-only, one-day forum attended by 100 HR directors and professionals, will take place in Singapore on 8 December at InterContinental Hotel.
“Innovation is paramount in developing healthcare benefits systems which boost productivity and employee satisfaction” said Aditi Sharma Kalra, regional editor of Human Resources magazine. “At Employee Healthcare Interactive, delegates will gain insights on the latest developments in the industry, from data analytics to legal and regulatory issues.”
With the theme “Driving Organisational Performance through Strategic Health and Wellness Initiatives,” Employee Healthcare Interactive 2016 will explore the topics that research and industry experts claim as the most critical issues facing HR and corporate healthcare specialists, such as the evolving role of HR in healthcare and wellness.
In her presentation entitled “The evolving role of HR healthcare and wellness in Asia,” Roshni Wadhwa, director of human resources at L’Oreal, will lay down potentially disruptive HR models for modern healthcare and wellness. Wadhwa will provide an analysis of contemporary flex-ben and wellness programs and their impact on workforce productivity. She will also share her observations on how HR approaches employee healthcare.
“Understanding the forces that reshape employee healthcare in Asia means exploring new perspectives in the field,” said Nikita Erpini, regional producer at Human Resources magazine. “Those insights are best shared and discussed through an interactive setting, and this is what Employee Healthcare Interactive delivers every year.”
Past Employee Healthcare Interactive participants are senior HR leaders from major employers in the region, such as American Express, Deutsche Bank, Mitsubishi, Rolls-Royce, Tigerair, Unilever, and Western Digital. All presenters and panellists, such as Rupali Gupta, HR director at Mundi Pharma, are director or vice president level HR professionals with regional responsibility.
Employee Healthcare Interactive 2016 is open only to director and VP-level in-house HR professionals. Human Resources magazine’s unique interactive roundtable format allows industry leaders to enjoy more comprehensive discussions and wider networking opportunities. In addition, Employee Healthcare Interactive will intensify participation through quality learning activities, such as keynote sessions, case studies presentation, and panel discussions.
