Johnson Electric and Sanofi unravel talent mobility issues

Andrew Arnold’s 20 years of Asia-based experience in crafting total rewards programs makes him one of the sought-after thought leaders in the region.

As the current general manager for compensation and benefits at Johnson Electric, Arnold is responsible for total rewards for over 30,000 employees in 20 countries around the world, including Johnson Electric’s growing mobility programme. Arnold used to be the senior rewards and executive compensation consultant for Hay Group.

Strategy development is proven to be one of the key strengths of Andrew Ng, Sanofi’s human resources director for Singapore, Malaysia & Brunei.

Ng possesses more than 21 years of local and regional experience across the full spectrum of human resources in Asia Pacific.

Ng is also a certified executive coach, certified NLP practitioner, certified training facilitator and also a certified career development & performance coach. Ng’s professional background was built through his exposure to diverse industries, from manufacturing, banking, retail, engineering and pharmaceutical.

His expertise includes managing and strengthening the HR infrastructure, initiating and implementing HR solutions and strategies, as well as spearheading organisation development activities.
