HRTi 2015: How do HR cloud systems accelerate business?

Asia’s most renowned regional HR Excellence Awards is back in October in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia to sieve out HR’s finest gems. Are you a diamond in the rough? View the categories and find out more.

While many organisations have moved to cloud-enabled HR systems, others are hampered by fear of change or the perceived risks involved in the cloud conversion.

Esteemed senior HR executives from some of the biggest employers in Asia will meet at HR Tech Interactive 2015 to address questions that plague employers about cloud-based HR schemes and present strategies on how they can achieve enormous benefits from implementing them.

“There are ways to eliminate threats which prevent others from experiencing the positive impacts of cloud computing on HR functions, employee productivity and business objectives,” said Aditi Sharma Kalra, regional editor of Human Resources magazine.

“HR Tech Interactive has invited the finest minds in Asia to provide practical knowledge and solutions for companies gazing toward cloud revolution.”

Now in its third year, HR Tech Interactive will focus on the areas of HR technology research that the HR community has found most pressing in Asia today, including the use of HR cloud software.

In a panel discussion, experts will discuss the benefits of cloud as one of the transformative technologies being used in HR today. Criteria on choosing the right system and solutions provider will be set.

Moreover, participants will be encouraged to share the challenges, concerns and organisational requirements they need to address as part of the transformation.

This panel will be led by Facebook’s head of human resources for APAC, Eriko Talley; Norbert Modla, global head of human resources at JF Hillebrand Group; Kimberly-Clark’s HR director, Eugene Lam; and Anna Tan, managing director of Wentworth People.

“A vibrant learning environment is awaiting the delegates of HR Tech Interactive 2015 – the event’s interactive format is essential in running a more open yet intensive exchange of ideas, experiences and resources,” said Nikita Erpini, regional producer at Human Resources magazine.

Among the other companies represented on the HR Tech Interactive agenda are Credit Suisse, Galaxy Entertainment, Merck, OshKosh, Samsung, Sanofi and many more.

All presenters & panellists, such as David Chin, chief human resources officer of Biosensors International, are director or vice president level HR professionals with regional responsibility.

To be held in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Hong Kong in October, HR Tech Interactive is Asia’s only regional conference on HR technology strategy.

Attendance to the one-day annual event is strictly by invitation, capped at 100 delegates reserved for senior in-house HR professionals.

While the theme of HR Tech Interactive 2015 is the role of technology in organisational change, the conference will focus on: big data talent analytics, mobility for HR professionals, cloud-based people management, social media and collaboration, and next-generation recruitment tools.

To get a global and pan-Asian regional view of HR tech strategy, do not miss HR Tech Interactive 2015.

Human Resources‘ interactive-style format is a unique blend of case study presentations, panel discussions and roundtable discussions in which delegates work through five topic areas in a single day – an experience described by attendees as eight hours of intense peer learning.
