While many organisations have moved to cloud-enabled HR systems, others are hampered by fear of change or the perceived risks involved in the cloud conversion.
Esteemed senior HR executives from some of the biggest employers in Asia will meet at HR Tech Interactive 2015 to address questions that plague employers about cloud-based HR schemes and present strategies on how they can achieve enormous benefits from implementing them.

Now in its third year, HR Tech Interactive will focus on the areas of HR technology research that the HR community has found most pressing in Asia today, including the use of HR cloud software.
In a panel discussion, experts will discuss the benefits of cloud as one of the transformative technologies being used in HR today. Criteria on choosing the right system and solutions provider will be set.
Moreover, participants will be encouraged to share the challenges, concerns and organisational requirements they need to address as part of the transformation.
This panel will be led by Facebook’s head of human resources for APAC, Eriko Talley; Norbert Modla, global head of human resources at JF Hillebrand Group; Kimberly-Clark’s HR director, Eugene Lam; and Anna Tan, managing director of Wentworth People.
