If technologies that can enhance workplace processes are accessible today, then why does adopting them continue to be a challenge for many HR professionals?

This is why HR Tech Interactive, Asia’s only regional conference dedicated to technology innovation in HR management, will bring together the industry’s finest thought leaders and tech experts to discuss how to integrate the new HR technology into organisations.

Now in its third year, HR Tech Interactive 2015 will focus on the areas of HR technology research into the HR community has found to be the most pressing issues for HR professionals in Asia today, including the best practices in incorporating HR technology into organisational processes.

In his keynote presentation, Norbert Modla, global head of human resources at JF Hillebrand, will demonstrate how to use modern employee assessment tools to enable smarter workforce decisions and measure its results.

With over 18 years of professional experience, Modla will share his expertise in supervising cross-functional and regional teams in both emerging and mature market environments.

He has worked in a diverse mix of business strategies, management consulting and HR professional experience.

Keynote sessions will focus on the impact of HR transformation on business outcomes and workplace performance and on the successful deployment of solutions in corporate culture.

You can expect discussions on how innovating HR practices can take effect amid globalisation, changing employee expectations and shifts in business practices.

A case study presentation will trace the methods and skills required to effectively adopt HR technology and standardise and simplify its processes.

“In a few days, we will see industry leaders and HR practitioners closely resolving tech issues affecting business plans and strategies together in an interactive setting,” said Nikita Erpini, regional producer at Human Resources magazine.

All presenters & panellists, such as David Chin, chief human resources officer of Biosensors International, are director or vice president level HR professionals with regional responsibility.

Held in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Hong Kong in October, HR Tech Interactive is Asia’s only regional conference on HR technology strategy.
