HR tech can be instrumental to employee engagement efforts when the right tools and systems match the needs at hand. How this is done will be laid out by industry innovators and HR technology experts at HR Tech Interactive 2016, the regional invitation-only HR technology event for HR leaders.

HR Tech Interactive 2016 will focus on the areas of HR technology research into the HR community has found to represent the most pressing issues for HR professionals in Asia today, including the role of HR tech in talent engagement.
Last year, a keynote session showcased the evolution of employee assessment market and tools while a case study presentation looked into the use of social media in engagement and workforce collaboration. A panel session headed by top HR executives from major employers such as AIA and Telstra International delved into the importance of focusing on the user experience to enhancetalent management practices.
This year, HR Tech Interactive 2016 will uncover the different effects of technology on employee value proposition through a panel discussion. It will anchor on the functions of technology in employee engagement initiatives that can keep a company ahead of the game. The discussion will cover incorporating innovation into competency and performance management frameworks and providing employees access to information that are important to them.
The panellists are Angela Ryan, chief HR & talent officer, APAC at GroupM, and Chris Welch, VP for TalentStream Technology at CareerBuilder. Together, Ryan and Welch will demonstrate how to shape a sense of corporate co-ownership and collect important data in the processby involving employees through online media.
