Building a culture of health and wellness in the workplace is critical in boosting talent productivity, employee engagement, and overall company growth. At Employee Healthcare Interactive 2017, Asia’s largest employee healthcare and corporate wellness conference, new cost strategies and healthcare trends will be laid down by the top-notch HR leaders from the region’s largest organisations.

Employee Healthcare Interactive 2017 is an invitation-only, one-day event which will take place on 6 October at the InterContinental Singapore.

Employee Healthcare Interactive 2017 will examine the most critical corporate healthcare issues affecting the HR sector in Asia based on research, including healthcare initiatives, health management strategy, and building a culture of wellness.

To examine how health and wellness programmes can reach maximum ROI, Cecilia Deasy, regional consulting leader at CXA, will present a case study demonstrating how health and wellness initiatives meet the needs of the business. She will evaluate various options and tracking programme outcomes. Different effective employee engagement techniques and strategies to get employee buy-in will also be presented.

Employee Healthcare Interactive 2017 is packed with interactive sessions that will allow exchanges of insights, experiences, and practical techniques on ROI assessment. Other topics include healthcare trends and cost and data analytics in healthcare.
