The HR Vendors of the Year awards, organised by Human Resources magazine, is a long-running annual report that recognises the best solution providers in Asia – Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia.
In the 12th year of the research, all winners were determined by a two-tier selection process. First, the finalists were identified through an extensive online survey of HR managers in Asia on their preferences.
These finalists then submitted documentation to verify their credentials, which was validated by a panel of HR leaders from some of the region’s largest employers.
In effect, the end users of such services were the ones who made the decision of selecting the best.
