Organisational strategic development programmes are the key to creating and sustaining performance and keeping employees aligned and engaged in the success of a company. To thrive in the ever-changing business world companies rely on these organisational consultants to retool their talent pool keeping them relevant and competitive.

Intelligence SMC Consulting walked away with the gold award at HR Vendors of the Year awards 2017 in Hong Kong, in the category for Best Organisational Development Consultant. Taking home the silver award in the same category was Asia Corporate Training, while Mannaz bagged the bronze.

The HR Vendors of the Year awards, organised by Human Resources magazine, is a long-running annual report that recognises the best solution providers in Asia – Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia.

In the 12th year of the research, all winners were determined by a two-tier selection process. First, the finalists were identified through an extensive online survey of HR managers in Asia on their preferences.

These finalists then submitted documentation to verify their credentials, which was validated by a panel of HR leaders from some of the region’s largest employers.

In effect, the end users of such services were the ones who made the decision of selecting the best.
