Companies relocate executives for many reasons have mobility programmes in place to streamline and get maximum value from their staff relocation activity.

But how do mobility programmes affect a company’s expansion plans, revenue, daily operations and overall human resources strategy?

Taking place in Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore in February 2016, Workforce Mobility Interactive 2016 is an exclusive invitation-only conference open to director and VP-level HR professionals and mobility specialists from global and multinational companies.

As General Motors’ global mobility lead for policy & administration, Rita Chye designs and implements global common policies and processes, handles internal controls and vendor management, and provides support and management for partner relations.

Before she joined GM, Chye served as head of human resources international for Deutsche Bank and tax manager for Arthur Andersen in Singapore. She holds degrees in Law and Accounting from the University of South Wales in Sydney, Australia.

For Ravindran Ragunathan, HR professionals should function as key strategic business partners. Prior to becoming the senior director, head of global human resources at Zaluvida Group, Ragunathan worked as the regional HR director for Asia Pacific with UCB Chemicals/Pharmaceuticals and held senior HR leadership positions at large conglomerates, such as TA Group, Sunway Group and Hong Leong Group in Malaysia.

Other companies represented on the Workforce Mobility Interactive 2016 agenda are Daimler, Dell, General Electric, Mastercard, Mondelez, Siemens, Unilever and many more.

All presenters & panellists, such as Caroline Thorley-Farrer, regional head of mobility Asia Pacific at British American Tobacco, are director or vice president level HR professionals with regional responsibility.
