Employee Healthcare Interactive, the Asia’s premier corporate healthcare and wellness strategy conference, has announced General Electric as the latest addition to the speaker lineup.

Together with other high-calibre thought leaders, Itmam Choudhury, GE’s regional compensation & benefits leader, will explore the potential of the future of employee healthcare in Singapore on 8 December at InterContinental Hotel.

“The list of speakers for Employee Healthcare Interactive is a mix of HR professionals and benefits specialists with high levels of expertise and experience,” said Aditi Sharma Kalra, regional editor of Human Resources magazine. “We are bringing the finest names in the industry on stage to deliver in-depth discussions on corporate health plans and employee wellness.”

Employee Healthcare Interactive 2016, with the theme “Driving Organisational Performance through Strategic Health & Wellness Initiatives,” will explore the topics that research and industry experts claim as the most critical issues facing HR and corporate healthcare specialists.

One of the speakers this year is Itmam Choudhury, GE’s regional compensation & benefits leader. He carries over 15 years of experience in leading projects as a consultant and in managing the regional C&B function in various multinational companies.

Through the years, Choudhury has developed expertise and recorded major achievements in the full C&B spectrum, particularly in planning & strategy design, process implementation and conducting effective communications.

One of his top accomplishments was effective change management in healthcare benefits in several key markets through co-payment and healthcare flex plans. Choudhury has also led a team and other key stakeholders in integrating the C&B platforms of several prominent acquisitions.

Past Employee Healthcare Interactive participants were senior HR leaders from major employers in the region, such as American Express, Deutsche Bank, Mitsubishi, Rolls-Royce, Tigerair, Unilever, and Western Digital. All presenters & panellists, such as Teofilus Ponniah, HR director at DHL, are director or vice president level HR professionals with regional responsibility.

To be held in Singapore on 8 December, Employee Healthcare Interactive is an exclusive one-day event for chief C&B officers and directors and VP-level in-house HR professionals who are in charge of getting the best return of investment on their employee insurance, healthcare and wellness programmes.
