Jocelyn Chan, as the human resources director of Dairy Farm Singapore, is focused on creating business partnerships, attracting, developing and retaining the best talent, and building a culture of collaboration and innovation. She aims to inspire and achieve organisational effectiveness at Dairy Farm which has over 9,000 people and various types of retail operations, from supermarkets to health & beauty to convenience stores. Chan started her career at Dairy Farm Singapore in 2007 and was promoted to her current role in 2015.
With more than 27 years of experience under his belt, Butch Clas has been involved in all aspects of human resources from compensation & benefits, merger & acquisition activities, talent management, as a human resources generalist in the developing economies of Central and Eastern Europe/Middle East and Africa and as a business partner building up a R&D organisation in China. Today, he is the human resources director for SE Asia/Australia-New Zealand/India based in Singapore for Dow Chemical Pacific since 2007.
