Joining the line-up of speakers for Employee Healthcare Interactive, the HR industry’s only regional corporate healthcare and wellness strategy conference, are HR directors from Dairy Farm and Dow Chemical. They will examine the different issues challenging the future of employee healthcare and wellness in Singapore on 8 December at InterContinental Hotel.

“Employee Healthcare Interactive delegates can expect a great deal of idea-sharing and networking,” said Aditi Sharma Kalra, regional editor of Human Resources magazine. “Gathering top HR executives, benefits specialists, and thought leaders in the same room is a golden opportunity for the industry.”

Employee Healthcare Interactive 2016, with the theme “Driving Organisational Performance through Strategic Health & Wellness Initiatives,” will explore the topics that research and industry experts claim as the most critical issues facing HR and corporate healthcare specialists. Among the experts discussing these at Employee Healthcare Interactive 2016 are:

Chan started her career at Dairy Farm Singapore in 2007 and was promoted to her current role in 2015.

With more than 27 years of experience under his belt, Butch Clas has been involved in all aspects of human resources from compensation & benefits, merger & acquisition activities, talent management, as a human resources generalist in the developing economies of Central and Eastern Europe/Middle East and Africa and as a business partner building up a R&D organisation in China. Today, he is the human resources director for SE Asia/Australia-New Zealand/India based in Singapore for Dow Chemical Pacific since 2007.

Past Employee Healthcare Interactive participants are senior HR leaders from major employers in the region, such as American Express, Deutsche Bank, Mitsubishi, Rolls-Royce, Tigerair, Unilever, and Western Digital.
