The top issues affecting employee healthcare and corporate wellness in Asia will be tackled by the region’s most respected HR leaders at Employee Healthcare Interactive, the HR industry’s only regional conference on corporate healthcare and wellness strategy.

Employee Healthcare Interactive 2016, Asia’s largest compensation & benefits discussion, will take place in Singapore on 8 December at InterContinental Hotel.

Technology plays a huge role in people management, according to Teofilus Ponniah. As the regional HR director at DHL, Ponniah works with the APAC leadership team, and leads the company’s efforts on simplifying hierarchies and increasing productivity.

Ponniah has held various HR leadership positions across Asia Pacific, including stints in Thailand, Malaysia and Hong Kong. He has also presented various papers and conducted seminars on leadership across the region. As a highly experienced HR practitioner, Ponniah continuously seeks opportunities that can cultivate and nurture passion in employees so as to enhance organisational growth.

With over 25 years of experience, Tarun Gulrajani has worked for various Fortune 500 companies such as 3M, Ogilvy & Mather, and Seagate, with skills and roles that have spanned across continents. Today, as Rehau’s head of human resources for Asia Pacific, Gulrajani supervises overall HR strategy and execution in alignment with functional business requirements, focusing on organisational development and HR transformation in the Asia Pacific region.

Prior to joining Rehau, he was at Haworth under various positions of group HR director and then group sales director for channel markets reporting directly to the CEO.

Past Employee Healthcare Interactive participants are senior HR leaders from major employers in the region, such as American Express, Deutsche Bank, Mitsubishi, Rolls-Royce, Tigerair, Unilever, and Western Digital.
