Completing the panel of judges for HR Vendors of the Year Awards 2016 (#HRVOTY2016), the only regional awards programme dedicated to recognising and celebrating the achievements of HR product and services providers, are top HR executives from Dell, HP, Nestlé and Singtel.
Along with 50 other senior HR leaders, they will decide the award winners at HR Vendors of the Year 2016, which is taking place in Singapore on 24 November, in Malaysia on 29 November, and in Hong Kong on 1 December.
“The HR Vendors of the Year Awards jury is comprised of HR leaders with outstanding accomplishments in their respective roles and organisations,” said Aditi Sharma Kalra, regional editor of Human Resources magazine. “The breadth of their experience adds credibility to the selection process and strengthens the standards set by the HR Vendors of the Year awards.”

Cultivating a strong people strategy and a caring employer culture is the mark of Muniandy Maruthiah’s leadership. As the current regional HR lead at Dell Technologies, Maruthiah is responsible for organisational strategies that support the company’s growth, talent management, rewards and great workplace experience. Before joining Dell, Maruthiah has performed human resources generalist, human resources business partner, and specialist human resources functions in the high technology and communications industries.
With over 15 years of professional experience, Cynthia Lee Mai has become an expert in managing learning & development, leadership development and talent management initiatives. Mai, the current head of talent & organisation performance at Hewlett-Packard, works directly with HR and senior business leaders in executing talent & learning strategies.
When Nicholas Dhillon joined Nestlé as head of talent acquisition in early 2014, he initiated talent acquisition through social media and lean methodology in the recruitment process. Prior to joining Nestle, he worked at Hewlett-Packard as a senior staffing advisor and further performed leadership roles within HP as well as at KPMG. Dhillon carries has over nine years of experience in the recruitment industry.
Ng Kian Khar is the group rewards head of Singapore Telecommunications (Singtel), supervising the rewards function and all rewards and benefits related issues across the company. His expertise spans total rewards framework, salary structures, cash incentives, equity compensation, benefits, executive compensation and M&A. Khar holds a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering from Imperial College, London and an MSc in industrial engineering and operations research from University of California, Berkeley.
Only HR vendors shortlisted in the survey rankings were invited to submit their entries. Apart from being awarded at the prestigious gala reception dinner in November and in December, the winners will be featured in the print edition of Human Resources magazine and across its media platforms.
