Asia Pacific – Asia’s biggest and most respected conference on talent management and human capital strategy, Talent Management Asia, will return on Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore in March 2016.

Organised by Human Resources, Asia’s only regional HR media & events brand, Talent Management Asia 2016 will spark conversations among Asia’s most senior HR leaders which will shape the human resources management landscape in Asia for many years to come.

“The changing needs of our inter-generational workforce, coupled with economic and regulatory issues, make talent management one of the most critical aspects of HR today,” said Aditi Sharma Kalra, regional editor of Human Resources.

“That is why at Talent Management Asia, HR strategy experts will present the latest practices and technologies used in effectively recruiting, engaging and retaining people while strengthening business value.”

Now in its 4th year, Talent Management Asia will feature globally respected HR gurus and Asia’s leading HR leaders as they explore topics that are the most pressing issues organisations and HR practitioners are currently facing.

The conference topics, agenda narrative and international speaker list is shaping up to deliver a truly unique experience on the following dates:
