HR Tech Interactive 2016 is a one-day conference for HR business and technology specialists happening in Hong Kong on 30 September, in Kuala Lumpur on 6 September, and in Singapore on 15 September.

HR Tech Interactive will tackle issues the latest HR technology research has found to be affecting the HR community and businesses in general, including big data analytics, workforce management systems, mobile-enabled processes, social media campaigns, and talent management applications.
Among the experts discussing these at HR Tech Interactive 2016 are:
James Foo boasts over 15 years of experience in both strategic and operational HR. Today, he is the head of group human resources at ABR Holdings, handling human resources strategies that accelerate the company’s expansion and cultivate a performance-based work environment.
ABR Holdings’ brands includes Swensen’s, Earle Swensen’s, YogenFruz, Season, Tip Top and Hello Kitty Cafe. Before he joined ABR, Foo worked for Mövenpick Heritage Hotel Sentosa as director of human resources and for other key players in the hospitality industry including Resorts World Sentosa, Parkroyal, CapitaLand and Raffles Hotels & Resorts. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Western Sydney.
A veteran in the HR industry, Azaharin Abd Latiff is the senior vice president for group HR operations and projects at AmBank. With over 20 years experience in HR, he has been exposed to several industries in different countries, such as United States, China, Indonesia and Singapore.
Before he joined AmBank, Latiff worked at Affin Bank, Standard Chartered, Citibank and RHB. He also served as the Asia Pacific regional human resource manager for Cabot Corporation. Latiff graduated with a bachelor of science degree in business administration, major in human resources at Heidelberg College.
As the regional head of talent acquisition region for Asia South & Oceania at Ericsson Telecommunications, Dave Ansell is in charge of nurturing the talent acquisition capability of the organisation at all levels as it evolves into a more IT-centric and services-led company.
His strategy is to carry out a consistent and effective global employer brand and recruitment strategy throughout Asia. Ansell’s areas of expertise include mobile technology, wireless networking, cloud computing, resource management and talent acquisition. He is a graduate of University College London and the University of Manchester.
Past HR Tech Interactive participants are senior HR leaders from major employers in the region, such as AXA, Credit Suisse, Ericsson, Hewlett Packard, Hyatt Group, Maersk, Petronas, SocieteGenerale, UPS, and Volvo.
