Many HR departments in Asia have minimised administration procedures by using technology which automates systems for various areas of employee life cycles while broadening business benefits – thanks to enterprising solutions providers that understand the ever-evolving needs of HR practitioners.
Hence, the most outstanding tech vendors will be honoured at HR Vendors of the Year Awards 2015 happening in November and December.
“To immensely improve HR functions, such as learning managing systems, talent management, applicant tracking and payroll scheme, requires game-changing capabilities, accessibility and conscientious client service,” said Aditi Sharma Kalra, regional editor of Human Resources magazine.
“This is why it is vital that the HR Vendors of the Year Awards identifies the tech vendors which have become instrumental to the success of many companies in terms of human capital management.”
In 2014, winners in the technology category at the HR Vendors of the Year Awards 2014 included ADP, Cornerstone On Demand, IBM, Oracle, Ready Software, Saba, Sage, Skillsoft, Success Factors (an SAP Company), Times Software, UIC, UNIT4 and Workday.
“HR technology is one of the most significant subjects in the industry today so all eyes are on firms which turn innovation into reality,” said Darren Beck, regional producer at Human Resources magazine.
“The most integral feature of this year’s HR Vendors of the Year Awards is its stellar set of judges, who all ensure that the solutions providers they will pick are Asia’s HR technology elite.”
The HR Vendors of the Year Awards is based on a two-tier selection process. Category finalists will be decided by research on the vendor preferences of HR managers in Asia.
The winners will be judged by an esteemed jury of over 60 regional heads of HR from around Asia. Companies represented on the HR Vendors of the Year Awards jury are the most respected Fortune 500 organisations and some of the biggest employers in Asia.
